Please include as much of this as you can:

• Your browser and its version, for example the version shown in the browser's About page.
• Your operating system and computer, such as Windows 11 on a laptop or macOS on a desktop.
• The file type and its approximate size, for example "a PSD of about 40 MB" or "a HEIC photo from a phone".
• The steps you took, in order: what you opened, which menus or tools you used, and what you clicked last.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• Any message shown in the editor's status bar, copied word for word if you can.
• A screenshot, if it helps to show the problem.
