Legal notice and terms of use

This page says who runs PhotopixPro, the terms that apply when you use the site and the editor, and who owns the trademarks we mention. By using PhotopixPro, you accept these terms, so please take a minute to read them. If anything is unclear, write to us before you use the editor. Last updated on October 18, 2026.

Terms of use

The service

PhotopixPro is a free photo editor that runs in your browser. You don't need an account, and there's no paid plan. We may change, improve or remove features, or interrupt the service, without notice.

Your files and your work

Your files are yours. They're opened and edited in your browser and never sent to us, so we don't receive, store or claim any rights over them. You're responsible for having the right to edit and use the images you open.

Acceptable use

Don't use PhotopixPro to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights, and don't try to disrupt, overload or attack the site or its servers.

Personal and commercial use

You can use PhotopixPro free of charge for personal and commercial work, such as client projects, product photos or images you sell. There's nothing to pay, no license to buy and no watermark on what you save or export. The images you create with the editor are yours. As with any file you open, you need the right to use the photos or artwork you start from.

No warranty

PhotopixPro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Like any software, it can contain errors. In particular:

  • the editor doesn't save your work automatically, so save often and keep copies of important files;
  • some PSD features, fonts and effects may not appear exactly as they do in Photoshop.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PhotoPix Solutions isn't liable for lost work, damaged files or other losses that result from using PhotopixPro. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.

Trademarks

PhotopixPro and its logo belong to PhotoPix Solutions.

Adobe, Photoshop, Photoshop Express and Firefly are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe Inc. in the United States and/or other countries. PhotopixPro isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Adobe. We mention Photoshop only to describe compatibility, such as opening PSD files or using the same keyboard shortcuts as Photoshop, to compare it fairly with PhotopixPro, and to describe what Adobe offers, such as Photoshop on the web, from Adobe's own pages.

Other names mentioned on this site, such as Photopea, Camera Raw, GIMP, Krita, Affinity, Canva, Procreate, Paint.NET, Figma, Canon, Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Pentax, JetBrains, Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, Safari, Google, Chrome, Chromium, Chromebook, Windows, Linux, Edge, Firefox, Android, Cloudflare and Unsplash, belong to their respective owners, and their mention doesn't imply any relationship with them.
